At TuckedIn Tales, we know you're trusting us with something precious — a photo of your child. We take that seriously, and this page explains exactly what we do (and don't do) with your information.

What we collect

Your child's name, age, and gender (used only to personalize the story)
A photo of your child, uploaded to create the illustrations
Your delivery address and phone number, to ship the finished book
Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI information

How we use it

Your child's photo and details are used solely to create and deliver your personalized storybook. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photo storage & security

Uploaded photos are stored in a private, access-controlled system. They are not publicly accessible, and are only viewed by the team members involved in illustrating your book.

Marketing use of photos

We will never use your child's photo or story details in our marketing, on our website, or on social media without asking you directly first.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about your order, or request deletion of your child's photo after your order is complete, by emailing us at hello.tuckedintales@gmail.com.
